  4. Dr Amit Kumar Baghel (Research Scholar of Department of EEE) and Mr. Shashank S. Kulkarni (Former MS(R) student of Centre for Energy and present project staff of EEE) have received the Gandhian Young Technological Innovation (GYTI) 2018 award for the project titled "Feasibility Study of Wireless Power Transfer using Metamaterial" from Honorable President of India in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on March 19, 2018.
